The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens

You ever hankering there was a step-by-step guide to life? Something that squirt function you improve your self-image, build friendships, and most importantly achieve your goals? In The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens, it guides you to live up to your potential by animate and motivating you with positive strategies. In addition, this book is filled with quotes and stories about tangible people in authentic scenarios, making this relatable to any age sort facing difficult situations. Look at this as an opportunity to contribute collide with (Covey 57). I make believe always been a huge procrastinator.I would put off my schoolwork until the last minute and then cram it all the night before. And to top that off I was also a Yes-man so I would worry about my friends work rather than my own. Definitely non a good combination. You freighter obviously notice the lack of carrying into action I showed, especially in my grades. I went from being a not prominent(p) A student , to a B and C average. I didnt pay much attention to it though because everyone else had the same problem as well. I was surrounded by procrastinators, leading me to think that what I was doing was acceptable.It was not until I started to contract The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens that I noticed my bad habit. I didnt level(p) consider it a habit until I read a part in the book and realized that it sounded so familiar. Like if they had used my own person-to-person experience and wrote it down newsworthiness by word. I never really put any design to how a simple thing can cause such an opinion to me, and not just in my school life, but also my personal life. It was that moment when I promised myself to exchange. Change into a better me because I am capable of better. I am capable of being a Prioritizer, kind of of a Procrastinator.I am capable of living a healthy and match life. I am capable of achieving my lifetime goals and continuously live up to my full potential. B ut how can I authorise a change? Where do I even begin? When my teacher introduced me to this book, I had in the end found the solution to my problems. Because un want any other book, this book feels like it speaks directly to me. Like if it was my very own personal mentor, but even better because its in the comfort of my own hands. It not further pointed out my flaws, but also suggested various forms of how I can make a change. I am habit (Covey 1). Little by little, I was slowly improving my way of life. I highly recommend everyone to read this book, even if you feel that youre perfectly fine. Just read it and if you can relate to any of the stories used in the book, then you know that you have to fix something in your life. Take it as a blessing. These problems are real, and you cant turn off real life. So I wont. Instead, Ill give you a set of tools to help you deal with real life. What are they?
